If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, you are not alone. I take the time to understand what you’re going through, and I hold hope for you even when life feels heavy. I am certified in EMDR and work with trauma in many forms—sexual abuse, childhood wounds, relational and attachment trauma, combat and first-responder experiences, sudden losses, and more. I’ve been a therapist since 2002 and have worked in a variety of settings with teens, adults, couples, and families. I spent seven years in residential treatment with teens, and later joined LifeSTAR of St. George to help individuals heal from pornography and sexual addiction, betrayal trauma, and other compulsive or impulsive behaviors. When people come into therapy for the first time they are often struggling with fallout from unconscious forces. Clients describe sudden anxieties, sadness, blockages or feeling unable to do the things they know will be good for them. Many feel bound because they are driven by unconscious patterns. Others just need some help with coping, changing bad habits or making a tough decision. My therapeutic approach is multi-focused and includes CBT, DBT, existential work, and mindfulness. Practice: Hope Unlimited, 720 South River Rd., suite B105, Saint George, UT 84770. Available in-person and online. $150 per session, accepts insurance.

With over five years of experience in the mental health field and a strong foundation in customer service, I am dedicated to creating meaningful first connections with every individual who reaches out for support. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with clients in addiction recovery, families facing overwhelming challenges, and people who simply need help with everyday tasks. These experiences, combined with my own personal journey, have shaped my ability to show compassion in any circumstance. I truly believe everyone deserves happiness, healing, and access to the right resources. As the first point of contact, my goal is to offer a warm, friendly, and understanding voice that helps clients feel seen and supported from the moment they reach out. I take pride in matching individuals with the clinician who best fits their needs and in answering questions with clarity, patience, and care. Serving others is a passion, and I’m committed to making the process of getting help as smooth and welcoming as possible.
